The HOA is a volunteer run organization responsible for the pool and the surrounding common area.
The main entrance to the pool is at: 8550 Lynx Rd.
As of March 2024 the semi-annual assessment is $170.
Assessment Collection Policy
Pool Hours
May - Oct: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Nov - Apr: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Early morning (5:30-10:00am) swim for ADULTS only by request.
Replacement Pool Key Cards
A fee of $25 will be charged to replace key cards.
Email accounts@mvhoa2.org to arrange replacement.
Pool Rules
Monitors are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Please remember they are NOT Lifeguards!
No alcohol or smoking permitted inside the pool area.
Food only allowed within designated areas.
Children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult (18 or older).
Proper swim attire must be worn. No cut-offs allowed. Long hair must be tied back.
The shower is for rinsing only. Please wash your hair at home.
Pool Party Request Form
Each household is limited to four invited guests per visit.
If you want to have more guests, please fill out the form and
give it to a Pool Monitor a week in advance of your party.

Please note we only provide complete escrow information packages.
Zelle Payments
Assessments can be paid online without any extra fees using Zelle. Most banks support it.
Please make sure to include your address in the memo so we know who the money came from.
Including the MV2 account number would be helpful too!
